With over 27 years of experience in accounting and human resources—and 15 years in business consulting and law—Lisa is the driving force behind The LM Consulting Group, Inc. She got her start early, balancing books and managing crew schedules in her dad’s construction company back when she was just a teenager. That hands-on experience sparked a lifelong passion for business.
Early in her career, Lisa worked in the staffing industry, which took her all over the country and gave her the opportunity to work with incredible clients like General Motors, Living Spaces, and AT&T. During this time, she gained hands-on experience navigating union contracts, prevailing wage requirements, immigration laws, and TN work visas.
Lisa launched The LM Consulting Group in 2022 with just one client and a big dream. Today, she and her team proudly serve a diverse mix of businesses throughout Orange County—across a wide range of industries including education, law, construction, hospitality, retail, restaurants, merchandise, electrical, and music. From small startups to established enterprises, Lisa brings the same level of care, clarity, and commitment to every client relationship.
She holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan and brings a well-rounded, strategic lens to every client relationship through her background in both family and business law.
Lisa is also pursuing her second passion: opening a speakeasy-style venue in 2026 as a heartfelt tribute to her late mother—a deeply personal and meaningful endeavor. Life is all about balance, right? She believes in blending hard work with joy, and this new venture perfectly captures that spirit.
Her mission is simple: to help clients feel clear, confident, and supported—while building not just a business, but a legacy.
